Roast Day!

On April 1, 2021 I roasted my first official batch of Pitched Tent Coffee.  I've been experimenting with blends for 6 months and really enjoy what I have now.  My favorite is the dark - Buster Brown.  Seems like the medium - Happy Camper - is the favorite for a lot of people that I sampled the coffee to.
